StreamsPanel User Agreement

This public offer governs the use of StreamsPanel. By using the service you accept these terms. The provider is self-employed Dmitry Anatolyevich Gaponenko (Гапоненко Дмитрий Анатольевич), taxpayer ID 312333012272.

Version: 7 October 2026. The subscription terms below apply after the user explicitly confirms them during checkout.

We provide tools for managing scenes, widgets, integrations, and more. Specific modules may have additional terms described in the interface.

• Registration is required. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials.
• External integrations (streaming platforms, payment providers, etc.) are enabled at your discretion under their terms.
• We are not responsible for third-party services.

• Do not break the law, violate rights, or compromise security.
• No malicious code, attacks, abuse of APIs, or reverse engineering.
• We may suspend access if these rules are breached or security is at risk.

• You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the necessary rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store/process content as needed to run the service.
• Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

• The public page and top donations are free. A paid subscription unlocks the panel, schedules, posters and music request management.
• Prices per 30 days: Starter — RUB 1,000; Creator — RUB 3,500; Studio — RUB 7,500. The selected plan and total are displayed before payment. An annual purchase covers a calendar year for the price of 10 monthly periods: RUB 10,000 / 35,000 / 75,000 respectively. There are no mandatory additional charges.
• New offers include 30 / 120 / 240 AI units per monthly period respectively. Standard uses 1 unit, Detailed uses 3 and Maximum uses 6; mode availability depends on the plan and a verified provider profile. Annual purchases issue quota 12 times at monthly boundaries anchored to the start of the paid year, preserving the original day of month or the last day of a shorter month. The annual supply is not issued upfront; unused units expire each monthly period. Each purchase, including pending payments, retains its financial terms, access duration, allowance and quota cadence. Automatic renewals use the saved subscription terms until a new offer is selected during checkout. Each mode price is displayed before generation; an accepted operation retains its cost and parameters regardless of later configuration changes.
• A trial does not enable auto-renewal or charge your card. Starting a paid subscription requires a separate action. New accounts receive 14 days and 5 Standard units for the entire trial; premium modes are unavailable. A valid referral invitation grants 21 days and one fixed budget of 8 Standard units valid for all 21 days. Quota does not refill within the trial, and unused units expire with the trial. Repeated invitations do not issue another quota. Existing and custom admin invitations retain their saved conditions.
• An inviter receives a one-time reward per new invited account after its first confirmed payment: 30 additional access days and 10 AI units valid for 7 days from payment confirmation. AI bonus expiry does not shorten access, and bonus units do not unlock models beyond the plan.
• The first payment is made when you confirm payment. Access starts after a successful payment; renewal of an existing subscription extends the already-paid period.
• When changing plans, you pay for a full new period. The unused paid time is valued using the price and duration of its original purchases and converted into additional time on the new plan. The new plan takes effect after payment confirmation. Free trial time is retained separately and has no cash value. Renewing the same plan preserves previously purchased days even if the new price has changed. The preview is an estimate; the final conversion is calculated when payment confirmation is processed. Durations use seconds (86,400 seconds per day), with converted time rounded down to a whole second. When changing plan with an annual purchase, the paid calendar year comes first and converted time is appended afterwards. Changing the billing interval for the same plan appends the new purchase after existing paid access. Converted value is not a cash refund or a withdrawable balance.
• Automatic payments require separate explicit consent using an initially unchecked checkbox linking to this offer.
• Renewal payments follow the saved conditions: every 30 days for monthly purchases or annually for annual purchases, no earlier than the end of the paid period. The next payment date and time are shown in Subscription in your time zone.
• Recurring payments with foreign-issued cards are unavailable. Full card details and CVV are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by StreamsPanel.

Turning off auto-renewal

Open Panel → Subscription → Manage subscription and select Turn off auto-renewal before the next charge. No support request is required. Future automatic charges stop and access remains until the paid period ends. If you cannot access your account, email damon3453@yandex.ru. Cancellation does not reverse an already completed payment.

Refunds

To cancel the service and request a refund, email damon3453@yandex.ru with your account email, payment date, amount, transaction ID if available, and request details. Do not send a full card number or CVV. We verify the payment and provide a decision and refund calculation. Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method within applicable statutory time limits. Services already provided and documented actual expenses may be considered as permitted by law. Disabling auto-renewal is not itself a refund request. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Price changes

An already-paid period does not change in price. The current price for a future period is shown in Subscription. You may disable auto-renewal before the charge. A new price will not be applied to an automatic charge without prior notification.

StreamsPanel is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months (or 10,000 RUB for free use).

• You may stop using StreamsPanel at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or security concerns.

Russian law applies. Please send claims to damon3453@yandex.ru; unresolved disputes are heard in the courts where the service operator is located.

The current version is published with its revision date. Subscription price changes follow section 5. Continuing to use StreamsPanel does not itself constitute consent to automatic payments.
