This public offer governs the use of StreamsPanel. By using the service you accept these terms.

We provide tools for managing scenes, widgets, integrations, and more. Specific modules may have additional terms described in the interface.

• Registration is required. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials.
• External integrations (streaming platforms, payment providers, etc.) are enabled at your discretion under their terms.
• We are not responsible for third-party services.

• Do not break the law, violate rights, or compromise security.
• No malicious code, attacks, abuse of APIs, or reverse engineering.
• We may suspend access if these rules are breached or security is at risk.

• You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the necessary rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store/process content as needed to run the service.
• Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

• The service may include free and/or paid plans. Current pricing is shown in the product.
• Payments are handled by third-party providers, who issue receipts.
• We do not store card numbers. Refunds follow provider rules and applicable law.

StreamsPanel is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months (or 10,000 RUB for free use).

• You may stop using StreamsPanel at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or security concerns.

Russian law applies. Please send claims to damon3453@yandex.ru; unresolved disputes are heard in the courts where the service operator is located.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on the site; continuing to use StreamsPanel means you accept the new version.
