Processing follows Russian law. By using the service you confirm that you have read this Policy.

• Account: login, email, password (hashed), user ID.
• Technical data: IP, browser/device data, error and action logs.
• Content: anything you voluntarily add (scenes, widgets, texts, etc.).
• Payments (if applicable): payment status, transaction ID; we never store full card details.
• Support: tickets and related contact data.
• Cookies: described in the Cookie Policy.

• Delivering the product and performing the contract with you.
• Support, quality improvements, security, and abuse prevention.
• Communications about the service and important updates.
• Legal obligations (e.g., accounting for paid features).

Legal grounds include contract performance, legitimate interest (security/analytics), legal obligations, and consent for optional features.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it to run the service.

Data is stored as long as necessary to deliver StreamsPanel and meet legal requirements. Backups are removed once no longer needed.

We may share data with payment providers, hosting, or analytics tools strictly to operate the product and under proper confidentiality guarantees. We never sell personal data.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the Russian Federation. StreamsPanel does not transfer personal data across borders.
