Personal data processing consent

By selecting the separate consent checkbox when subscribing to StreamsPanel, I voluntarily consent to processing by Dmitry Anatolyevich Gaponenko (Гапоненко Дмитрий Анатольевич), taxpayer ID 312333012272. This consent is separate from the public offer and consent to automatic payments.

Data and purposes

Account name and ID, email, selected plan, subscription and payment information, consent time and version, and technical confirmation details are processed to set up and manage the subscription, record consent, send service notifications, and handle payment and refund enquiries.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, necessary transfer to the payment provider, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated or non-automated means. StreamsPanel does not receive or store full bank card details or CVV.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. To withdraw, email damon3453@yandex.ru with your account details and request. Processing with another lawful basis may continue to the extent necessary. Data no longer required for these purposes or mandatory retention will be deleted.

This consent does not cover advertising. Withdrawing data consent and disabling auto-renewal are separate actions. Manage auto-renewal in the Subscription section of your account.
